Blankets for the Kids

This year for Christmas, I made each of my kids a blanket. Tyler's was fleece on both sides, and the others kids' were flannel on one side and fleece on the other. I had fun choosing material that I thought each one would like! I loved thinking of each child as I worked on his/her blanket. I would sew in the mornings until Devin got home from school, listening to Christmas music in the background. It made Christmas so fun this year to be so excited about my gifts. They liked their blankets, and they are very warm! :-)

The blankets look great, Andrea! I can just imagine you sewing with Christmas music in the background. Although the background of my imagining is our apartment at Regency.

Hey Andrea- I just found your blog through Natalies! I have to say your family photo is amazing! You all seriously look like models. I am always so impressed when a family can get a shot of everyone looking and smiling in the same direction!!
